Conception and design

Construction

Each mold is assembled and fixed with meticulous attention to detail; at FCS we believe that every mold part should be perfect in a high-quality mold.
Mold Trial
One of FCS’s pivotal services is the mold trials: each assembled mold is indeed brought to our molding plants and tested so as to eliminate time-consuming and expensive mold shipping between our company and the customer in the setup phase. The customer can even choose to send its own machine directly to our facility, where the mold is installed, and the parameters optimized. After the test and measurement reports are written, the machine is ready: furthermore, we provide you with printed tests and samples.
Maintenance and repairing
Over time, molds may require specific interventions to restore their efficiency; FCS supports its clients with inspection, maintenance and repair services, that include diagnostics, technical support, replacement of damaged components, cleaning and more. We assist you throughout the entire process to ensure a result that lives up to the highest quality standards.
