FCS
F.lli Calamari Stampi is a company now known internationally for the quality and professionalism of its workmanship: we have been working in this field since the 1980s, while our experience is not presumed from the date of foundation, but from the experience of our staff and the results delivered instead.
From our headquarters in Bellusco, in the province of Monza e Brianza, we design and manufacture molds for the production of components made of thermosetting plastic, liquid silicone (LSR), bicomponent materials and sintered metals.

We have machines for internal and external grinding, wire and plunge EDMs, CNC milling machines and three-dimensional systems for the detection and control of dimensions and tolerances. We also have a 4.0 molding plant so as to perform tests and mold trials directly in-house. We also handle the molding and inspection report of your most complex components to provide a complete service.
The use of CAD-CAM systems and state-of-the-art equipment, backed up by highly precise measuring systems allow us to achieve extreme precision and functionality.
