We design and manufacture molds and equipment for molding thermoplastic, thermosetting and liquid silicone (LSR) parts; we also produce molds for powder sintering and blanking. FCS boasts a tooling department with state-of-the-art machinery and highly qualified personnel; furthermore, thanks to its modern molding plant, FCS can test any type of mold. We specialize in the production of molded parts with high technical and medical content.

Thermoplastics
Our experience allows us to face the most difficult challenges and to produce molds for highly complex technical components. From molds for the production of tens of millions of parts to dozens of impressions to molds that produce parts of just a few millimeters, we work with the highest precision to be able to meet every need. Our molds and molding plant are designed for the highest performing and demanding materials.
LSR
For years we have been a leader in Italy for the supply of LSR parts, in fact we design both molds and cold runner systems in-house. We then produce with all the care required for silicone even multicomponent silicone-silicone molds of different colors or hardnesses. Finally, we can mold your parts in our high-tech molding plant.

In FCS we have a bi-component plastic-LSR DNA. We are passionate about complex multi-component challenges. We have experience in building and molding multi-component plastic-plastic, plastic-LSR, plastic-metal, LSR-metal, LSR-glass, and LSR-LSR. Over the years we have developed techniques that allow us to solve challenges often considered impossible. The number of materials in FCS makes no different.
